Privacy policy

Her Vitals is an information and review website. We do not ask you for personal details, we run no contact or sign-up forms, and we do not sell data. The only data we process is anonymous analytics, and only if you accept it in the cookie banner. This page explains who is responsible, how our affiliate links work, and what your rights are.

Who operates this site

Her Vitals is operated by Best Business Loans Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16833937), registered office Cust Hall, Toppesfield, Halstead, Essex, CO9 4EB. The company is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) under reference ZC151816 and is the data controller for this site. Her Vitals is an independent editorial service, not a clinic, pharmacy or prescriber.

What we collect

We do not collect names, email addresses or any personal details, because there are no forms or sign-ups. If you accept analytics in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand which reviews are read and where people get stuck. These collect usage data such as pages viewed and approximate location, with IP addresses anonymised. We use this only to improve the content. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and the site works the same.

Affiliate links

Her Vitals is funded by affiliate commission. Some links to products are affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission if you buy through them, at no extra cost to you. This never changes our editorial view or the price you pay. When you click an affiliate link you are taken to a third party retailer, such as Amazon, who processes your purchase under their own privacy policy. We do not see your payment details.

Cookies and consent

Analytics run only after you accept them, using Google Consent Mode, which keeps analytics and advertising signals denied until you choose. You can change your mind by clearing cookies in your browser to be asked again. See the cookies page for detail.

International transfers

Some of our processors (for example Cloudflare, Google and, depending on region, our database and email providers) may process personal data outside the UK and European Economic Area. Where they do, we rely on an adequacy decision or on the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, or EU Standard Contractual Clauses with the UK Addendum, together with appropriate technical safeguards, so your data receives an equivalent level of protection.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct or erase any personal data, and to object to processing. As we hold no personal data about you, there is usually nothing to act on, but you can still contact us with any concern. You also have the right to complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.

Contact

For any data protection question, email [email protected] or write to the registered office above. See also the contact page.
