Your legal right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, for a full refund of the price you paid (excluding any extra cost from choosing non-standard delivery, if you chose one).

The hygiene-seal exception for supplements

This right to cancel does not apply once a sealed product is unsealed after delivery, where it is not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons. Supplements are typically sealed for exactly this reason. In practice: if you change your mind, you can return an unopened, still-sealed product within the 14-day window; once the seal is broken, the statutory right to cancel no longer applies to that item, although this doesn't affect your separate legal rights if a product is faulty or not as described.

Faulty or misdescribed items

If a product arrives faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered, that's separate from the change-of-mind right above and isn't affected by the hygiene-seal exception. Email us and we'll put it right.

Refunds

Where a return qualifies under the cancellation right above, we'll refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item back (or, if earlier, of you providing evidence you've sent it back), to the original payment method.
