Advanced 100% Whey Protein Isolate (Chocolate)
Her Vitals' own protein powder for women. It is a dietary supplement, not a treatment for any condition; check the label against your own protein needs.
Ashwagandha
Her Vitals' own organic ashwagandha root capsules, taken as one capsule twice a day. The label does not state a standardised-extract percentage or a milligram dose per capsule, so we cannot say how it compares to the 300 to 600 mg standardised-extract range used in most trials; check the label yourself. It carries no authorised EFSA health claim, so we do not claim it relieves stress, anxiety or improves sleep.
Complete Multivitamin
Her Vitals' own complete multivitamin, £32.90 for 60 capsules (two capsules each morning with a meal), is a general-purpose blend of core vitamins and minerals plus plant extracts (including green tea, echinacea, spirulina and stinging nettle). It is not formulated specifically for women's needs and does not contain iron. The NHS view is that most people eating a varied diet do not need a multivitamin at all.
Creatine Monohydrate
Her Vitals' own creatine monohydrate powder. The label does not state the scoop weight in grams, so check it against the EFSA-recognised claim condition of 3 g of creatine a day before comparing doses. It is not a treatment for any condition; check the label against your own needs.
Grass-Fed Hydrolyzed Collagen Peptides
Her Vitals' own hydrolysed collagen. Collagen carries no authorised EFSA health claim, so this is priced and described honestly as a supplement, not a treatment.
Iron Strips
Her Vitals' own iron, a dissolving oral strip rather than a capsule, providing 19 mg iron (as ferric saccharate) plus 400 mcg folate. That is above the NHS's 17 mg a day guidance for supplemental iron that is unlikely to cause harm, so confirm low iron with a blood test and check with a pharmacist before starting; not a product to take on a hunch.
Magnesium Glycinate
Her Vitals' own magnesium glycinate, a form commonly chosen for being gentle on the stomach. Not a treatment for sleep or anxiety; evidence for those specific uses is limited.
Omega-3 EPA 180mg + DHA 120mg
