About Her Vitals
Her Vitals is a UK women's life-stage health and supplement authority. We are an independent editorial and information service, operated by Muswell Rose Consulting Ltd (company number 15269776), with a named editor and sources cited on every claim. We are not a clinic, a pharmacy or a prescriber, and nothing here is medical advice.
What we cover
We curate and review existing branded supplements across the stages women move through: trying to conceive, pregnancy, postnatal, perimenopause, menopause and the senior years. For each, we explain what the evidence supports, what it does not, and how the better-known products compare.
How we work
Our reviews are written in plain English and grounded in guidance from bodies such as EFSA, the NHS and NICE. We are clear about the limits of supplements and about when something needs a GP, pharmacist or other registered clinician rather than a product off a shelf.
How we are funded
Sales through our shop, sold directly by Muswell Rose Consulting Ltd, are our only income today. Our own products do not win our roundups automatically, and we do not take payment for a favourable review. See how we are funded for the full position.
