Delivery policy
This page covers delivery for Her Vitals own-brand products only, bought through our Shopify checkout. It does not apply to affiliate links, which take you to a third-party retailer's own site and their own delivery terms.
Who ships your order
Her Vitals own-brand products are sold by Best Business Loans Ltd and dispatched by our supply partner on our behalf. Orders are placed and paid for through Shopify, our checkout and order processor.
Delivery cost and estimated timescale
The exact delivery cost and estimated delivery window for your order are shown at checkout, before you pay, based on your delivery address and the items in your basket. We don't quote a single fixed timescale on this page because it depends on the destination and the carrier used for that order; check the estimate shown at checkout.
Order confirmation and dispatch
You'll get an order confirmation by email once your order is placed, and we'll let you know once it's dispatched. If we expect a delay beyond the estimate you were shown at checkout, we will email you.
Problems with a delivery
